Scarce Sunburst Telecaster!

It really doesn't get any better than this scarce Sunburst Telecaster, which weighs just 7.10 lbs. Solid alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard with 21 frets and inlaid pearl dot position markers. With a nut width of just over 1 9/16 and a scale length of 25 1/2 inches. Individual Fender "F" tuners with octagonal metal buttons. Black "Fender" headstock logo with gold trim, "Telecaster" in black, and two patent numbers beneath "Fender." Single "butterfly" string tree. One plain metal-cover pickup (at neck) with an output of 6.85k and one black six-polepiece pickup (angled in bridgeplate) with an output of 6.00k. Three-layer (white/black/white) plastic pickguard with eight screws. Two controls (one volume, one tone) and one three-way selector switch with black plastic "top hat." Chrome knobs with flat tops and knurled sides. Fender combined bridge/tailpiece with original chrome cover. The neck is stamped "3 289 9 9B" (September 1969) and the pots are CTS stamped "6636" (September 1966). Apart from one very small indentation on the bottom edge (near the strap button), this guitar is otherwise unmarked, unfaded, and as near mint as you could ever wish for. Housed in its original Fender black hardshell case with the "tail" on the Fender logo. (00116)
